Engaging Queenslanders in Science Strategy

What's it all about

When Queenslanders engage with science, they understand it better. Understanding science helps people think critically about all the information that is shared on social media, on the news, and among friends.

People who study and engage with science can develop vaccines, program iPhones, save animals, and design driverless cars. Please take the survey below and tell us what you know and think about science.

The survey is now closed. Thanks for participating.

cover of the strategy documentThe goal of the “Engaging Queenslanders in Science Strategy survey” promotion is to gather information from young Queenslanders about what they know and think about science.

Your feedback will assist the Office of the Queensland Chief Scientist to update the existing Engaging Queenslanders in Science Strategy (the strategy) with contemporary insights from young Queenslanders.

The strategy was developed to build a shared understanding across the community of the importance of science, innovation and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education.

You can find out about the work of the Office of the Queensland Chief Scientist and read the existing Engaging Queenslanders in science strategy.
