The Queensland Youth Reference Group will be the opportunity for young people to have their say on government programs and services. This will be a unique experience for young people to talk directly to government.

We have received more than 60 applications and they are currently being considered.

  • Nominations for the Queensland Youth Reference Group

    We put out the call far and wide, looking for young people across Queensland to nominate for the Queensland Youth Reference Group.

  • Queensland Youth Strategy launched

    The Minister for Communities, Women and Youth, Minister for Child Safety and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence launched the strategy in March 2017.

  • Consultation on Qld Youth Strategy

    In April 2016 PCYC in partnership with the Queensland Government consulted with more than 1200 young people in Queensland.
