Queensland Mental Health Week - 6-14 October 2018.

Queensland Mental Health Week kicks off on 6 October 2018. It’s the perfect time to check-in and connect with mates, the community, and your own wellbeing.

We are looking for your tips about maintaining good mental health and wellbeing.

We want your help to spread the word about mental health. Tell us your best tips for maintaining good mental health so we can share your great ideas with others. During the week we will share some of your best ideas on our Queensland Youth Facebook page. You also have the chance to win a great prize pack!
