Creating Queensland’s future: 10-Year Roadmap for the arts, cultural and creative sector
Are you involved in, or have an interest in, the arts? What type of arts and culture would you like to see in your community? How can we encourage more young people to be involved in the arts?
Arts, culture and creativity play a significant role in our lives. They connect communities, drive cultural tourism, create employment opportunities and affect positive change in all areas of society, from education to health and justice issues.
Creativity is essential in today’s knowledge economy and is a key skill needed for the jobs of the future; it unlocks ideas, drives new thinking and delivers innovation.
The Queensland Government is seeking feedback to help guide the arts, cultural and creative sector over the next 10 years ... and beyond.
Feedback will be used to shape the future of the arts, cultural and creative sector in Queensland through a 10-Year Roadmap, due for release in mid-2019.
Have your say by completing the online survey. Consultation closes on Tuesday, 18 December 2018.
